Turnkey project: search for the ideal flat, architectural design, oversight and execution of the renovation, precise budget management, complete decoration and furnishings.
The spaces of this 70 m2 Haussmann apartment were redesigned to maximize the area. The result of the new spatial distribution, unlike that of the original layout, included an additional bedroom with dressing room and a larger bathroom.
The result:
A part of the original wooden structure embedded in the walls was also uncovered in order to provide natural light and expose some of the historic building materials.
Renovation duration: 3 months.
