Haussman Style Appartement
This 105 m² apartment in Paris has been completely remodeled to accommodate the program desired by the clients. The structural and conditioning works were completed in 7 months.
Contemporary elements were layered over the original Haussmannian style to accentuate this eclectic character, while also integrating the evolution of the space into our time. Thus, mirrors, stained glass, lighting, and vibrant colors blend with the parquet flooring, stained glass windows, and original moldings, enhancing them.
The perspective of the hallway was modified by creating a glass visual barrier at the end of the new kitchen. Numerous storage spaces, which did not exist before the renovations, such as a dressing room and a large red lacquered wardrobe (among others), were custom-made to maximize the space in the rooms.
