The design axis for this 72 m2 apartment was to cleanse its dimensions
to the fullest extend in order to provide the whole a sense of openness and increase its natural light. During the remodeling, original elements such as flooring and woodwork were discovered and uncovered, highlighted with a touch of color.
The furniture was designed and manufactured made to measure or bought in vintage markets.
The arrangement of the bathroom and the kitchen were inverted in order to accommodate the new layout, with a larger dining room, an American kitchen with bar and an independent pantry. The new colors and materials provided the apartment with a touch of light and a more contemporary dialectal, in juxtaposition with the vintage character of the place.
