This apartment, acquired by the client as a second home in Paris, is 75 m2 and was completely renovated with a limited budget

My professional intervention comprised from the initial architectural design, the precise budget management, to the complete oversight and execution of the work. The clients’ requests the regarding the layout were: a flexible room (possibility of transforming it into

a second bedroom), a master bedroom with a bathroom, and a supplementary bathroom which was at the time non-existent. The occupants needed two showers and two toilets. By opening the kitchen into the dining room, a bar was incorporated and a pantry room was also completed. A laundry cabinet was placed in the hallway.
